TERMS & CONDITIONS: Pay attention to lettering and formatting; proof carefully. We will engrave from this form exactly as written. Requested lettering MUST NOT exceed the space allowed. Spaces and punctuation are treated as characters. We reserve the right to use abbreviations and/or alterations of the provided information, at our discretion, to ensure the best possible layout. Lettering will be sandblasted into the pavers with color applied for contrast. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation with tentative installation date. Please be patient; production delays sometimes occur. NLS works hard to ensure a reasonable turnaround time. NLS commits to (1) replacement paver within the first five years, if needed. Owner assumes responsibility thereafter. Bricks should recognize personal/family pets and may include the pet’s name, dates, a brief message, etc. All content should be tasteful and appropriate and should align with the mission and vision of the Arboretum. Content may be reviewed by the Arboretum Advisory Board and is governed by the Arboretum’s established standards and by the City of Burlington’s policy for Public Art, Memorial and Honorary Donations (PAHM).
