Eastern redbuds, crape myrtles, ‘Green Giant’ arborvitae, ‘Encore’ azalea, ‘Snow White’ Indian hawthorn, ‘Knock Out’ roses, variegated liriope, pink muhly grass, and ‘Little Spire’ Russian sage were used to enhance these islands along South Church Street, complementing the previous plantings at Bailey Fountain.

Additions and Renovations: In 2023, the lower island was renovated after a traffic accident damaged the plantings.
